After eight years of working in the hotel industry in the Middle East, Carol returned to Germany in 2000. She initially ran her own sales and marketing representation office before joining STR Destination Handling as a partner in 2003. In 2016, she co-founded STR proMICE together with Oliver Stinnes to expand the DMC representation business and strengthen the company’s presence in the evolving MICE market. As Managing Partner, she leads the company with a distinct identity and a tailor-made DMC portfolio, supporting clients in Switzerland as well as throughout Germany. In her free time, she enjoys practising yoga regularly and going for early morning runs in the forest to recharge and clear her mind.
