After eight years in the hospitality industry in the Middle East, Carol returned to Germany in 2000. She initially ran her own sales and marketing representation before joining STR Destination Handling as a partner in 2003. In 2016, she co-founded STR proMICE with Oliver Stinnes to expand the DMC representation and strengthen the presence in the evolving MICE market. As managing partner, she leads the company with an independent identity and a tailored DMC offering, serving clients from Switzerland and across Germany. In her leisure time, she regularly practices yoga and enjoys early morning runs through the forest to recharge and clear her mind.
